From Full-Service Wedding Packages and venue-only estate rentals to food, bar service, guest count, and planning support, here are the questions we hear most often from couples and event hosts.
Stone Crossing offers several ways to celebrate, from curated Full-Service Wedding Packages to flexible Private Estate Rentals, Wedding Foundation proposals, ceremony-only experiences, and private events. The right fit depends on your date, guest count, desired level of support, and which services you would like included.
Couples may choose a Full-Service Wedding Package, a Wedding Foundation proposal, or a Private Estate Rental. Full-Service Wedding Packages combine the venue, dining, bar, linens, DJ/audio, coordination or planning, and additional guest-experience services. The Wedding Foundation includes the estate, chef-prepared catering, tables and chairs, included inventory, staffing, and core event operations, with other services added as needed. Private Estate Rental is our venue-only option for couples planning a simplified ceremony and reception.
The Classic, Signature, and Grand each include the Stone Crossing Wedding Foundation, linens, bar service and labor, golf-cart arrival service, and professional DJ/audio. The Classic includes Brookside Dining, hosted house beer and wine, and Day-of Coordination. The Signature adds Sawtooth Dining, deluxe beer and wine, standard hosted liquor, tray-passed canapés, and Partial Planning. The Grand includes Sawtooth Dining, an entrée upgrade, deluxe beer and wine, premium hosted liquor, tray-passed canapés, a grazing table, and Full Planning.
The Wedding Foundation includes private estate access during the standard wedding-day window, designated indoor and outdoor spaces, private wedding suites, chef-prepared Brookside Dining, a seasonal tasting, tables and chairs, included venue inventory, on-site venue and service staff, setup and breakdown of venue-provided items, standard vendor access, guest parking, cleaning, and closing services. Bar service, linens, coordination or planning, DJ/audio, and specialty enhancements may be additional unless included in a selected Full-Service Wedding Package.
Private Estate Rental is a flexible venue-only option starting at $5,500 for couples planning a simplified ceremony and reception. It includes private use of designated indoor and outdoor spaces, wedding suites, tables and chairs, included venue inventory, guest parking, standard setup and breakdown of venue-provided items, and cleaning and closing services. Catering, bar service, linens, coordination, DJ/audio, event staffing, and specialty services are not included and may be added based on the event. It is available primarily on Select Dates and select remaining Preferred or Premier dates.
Full-Service Wedding Packages and Wedding Foundation proposals use per-adult pricing based on the date collection: Select, Preferred, or Premier. Private Estate Rental is quoted based on the selected date, contracted event hours, guest count, layout, and required services. Children’s meals, tax, service charge, and specialty upgrades are additional where applicable.
Full-Service Wedding Package commitments begin at 50 adult equivalents on Select Dates, 75 on Preferred Dates, and 100 on Premier Dates. Wedding Foundation-only minimums are 75 adults on Select Dates, 100 on Preferred Dates, and 125 on Premier Dates. Your final guest count may be lower than the applicable commitment; when permitted, the remaining package value may be applied toward approved Stone Crossing upgrades or enhancements rather than additional guests. Unused value is nonrefundable, and reduced minimums may be available for select remaining dates.

Private tours typically last 30–45 minutes. During your visit, we will walk through the property, discuss available dates and date collections, learn about your guest count and event style, and help you compare the wedding options that best fit your plans.
A private tour is strongly recommended so you can experience the estate, understand the flow of the property, and make sure the venue and selected wedding format feel right for your celebration. Couples planning from out of the area may ask about remote booking options.
A date is not officially reserved until Stone Crossing has received the signed contract and required 25% nonrefundable deposit. Because availability can change quickly, we recommend completing the booking steps promptly once you are ready to move forward.
The initial 25% deposit reserves the date, and the remaining balance is generally divided into three additional installments. The final guest count, final event details, and final payment are due 14 days before the wedding. Your contract and payment schedule will show the exact dates and amounts for your event.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a preferred season or date range. Friday and Saturday dates in popular months tend to book first, while weekday, Sunday, off-season, and select remaining dates may provide more flexibility in both availability and minimum commitments.
Full-Service Wedding Packages and Wedding Foundation proposals include chef-prepared catering through Stone Crossing. Private Estate Rental and ceremony-only experiences do not include catering unless it is added or otherwise approved as part of the event proposal.
