You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Stone Crossing, requesting pricing or availability, submitting an event inquiry, and scheduling a venue tour.

Website content, pricing guides, proposals, emails, text messages, and verbal discussions do not reserve an event date or create a binding agreement unless expressly stated in a written contract signed by Stone Crossing and the client.
An event date is not considered reserved until all requirements stated in the applicable Stone Crossing event agreement have been completed, including any required signatures and payments.
Weddings and events hosted at Stone Crossing are governed by a separate written event agreement. If these website Terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement will control with respect to the booked event.
When submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, acceptance of an event, or a reservation.
We may contact you using the information you provide to respond to your request, provide pricing and availability, coordinate a tour, prepare a proposal, or communicate about your event.
When you separately consent to receive text messages from Stone Crossing, you authorize us to send messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment and tour confirmations, reminders, proposal updates, event-planning communications, service information, and promotional follow-up where permitted.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the availability and operation of your mobile carrier and related service providers.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
